The fruit is grown in Sicily, and the wine expresses the terroir of Trapani.
Vinification
Grillo remains in contact with the skins for three weeks before Catarratto and Grecanico are added. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain the delicate flavours and refined aromas. The wine is made according to traditional principles, with no added sulfites, and is bottled unfiltered. It is organic.
