Vinification
The wine macerates on the skins for 15 days at 25°C.
Ageing
Approximately 15 months in barriques and large oak barrels.

Tasting profile
Ruby red in colour, with fine raspberry aromas and pleasant spicy nuances. The palate is soft and velvety, with fine balance and harmony.
