Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Eden Vine Farm in Susegana. The approximately 50-hectare property includes 17 hectares under cultivation, alongside pastures and centuries-old oak woodland. Vines have long occupied its best sunlit areas, with Prosecco planted on the southern side. The soil is predominantly clay resting on marl dating from the Ice Age.
The estate belonged to the Counts of Collalto from the thirteenth century until the first half of the twentieth century. Its vineyard cultivation continues established local practices intended to preserve harmonious, delicate aromas.

Vinification
The sparkling wine undergoes refermentation in large vats.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato. Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow, fragrant and light yet persistent, with a full, balanced profile. The elegant floral bouquet recalls acacia and field flowers. The palate is dry and harmonious.
Serving and pairing
Serve young at 6–8 °C, either as an aperitif or with light fish dishes.
