Glera from the hills of Asolo. High-altitude hills, marked temperature variation, good ventilation and mineral-rich soils contribute structure and a strong sense of origin. The wine is produced organically, with an emphasis on environmental protection and consumer health.

Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Alcohol: 11.5% vol. The wine has low sugar content while retaining notable structure.
Tasting profile
Dry, elegant and light, with a delicate fragrance and an easy-drinking character. The bouquet is fresh, fruity and floral, combining lemon and citron with delicate honey, ripe apple, acacia and hawthorn flowers. The palate is soft and balanced, with well-integrated acidity and a pleasantly dry aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. Suitable as an aperitif, at the beginning of a meal or throughout the meal, particularly with delicate preparations and fish dishes.
