Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards within the Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo DOCG production areas, at approximately 400 m above sea level. The soils combine clay and limestone. The vines are trained using the cordone speronato system at a density of 3,500 plants per hectare, with a yield of 65 quintals per hectare.
Grapes
70% Fiano di Avellino and 30% Greco di Tufo.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in mid-October. Fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in bottle for three months.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow, with aromas of white flowers and cooked fruit. The palate is broad and soft, balancing fruit with mineral nuances and developing a persistent finish marked by sweet spices, blond tobacco and delicate roasted notes.
