Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on clay-and-chalk soils, which give the wine its distinctive structure. The Mediterranean climate is very mild thanks to the influence of the sea, with plenty of dry, sunny days that provide excellent conditions for the grapes to develop.
Vinification
The grapes are sometimes harvested early to retain a high level of fixed acidity and their delicate aromas. They are gently pressed to preserve their floral and fruity character, then fermented for two weeks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages for 3 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling, which highlights the freshness and bright aromas of the bouquet.
Tasting profile
A light, well-balanced red. The nose is expressive, with berry aromas alongside flowers, almonds and subtle herbal hints. The palate balances fruit and floral flavours with pronounced tannins and a long finish.
Serving and pairing
Suited to meat dishes or appetizers.
