Grapes
Made from Nasco and Malvasia di Cagliari grapes harvested after they have begun to shrivel, concentrating the sugars in the berries.
Vinification
Fermentation lasts 30–40 days in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the grapes’ natural aromas.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains in stainless-steel tanks for three months, followed by 12 months in oak barrels and a further 6–8 months in bottle before release.
