Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on calcareous soils formed from marly limestone sediments.
Vinification
Cold maceration is followed by gentle pressing and natural settling. Fermentation proceeds at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees for approximately 60 days.

Dry Nasco di Cagliari DOC. Available in a 750 ml format.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow. The broad, harmonious aroma brings together yellow flowers, tropical fruit and subtle musky notes. The palate is soft and enveloping, echoing the aromas and concluding with a long, pleasant finish.
Serving and pairing
Pair with seafood starters; culurgiones filled with potato and dressed with mint; seafood or artichoke risotto; seafood pasta; stewed or grilled fish; white meat; or medium-aged cheeses.
