Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hills in the Treviso region without the use of pesticides or other chemicals.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed before fermentation at 18 °C.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with pasta and seafood.
