Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hillsides of Valdobbiadene.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small crates to preserve their condition and freshness during transport to the winery. After sorting and gentle pressing, the wine is cooled and filtered. It ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 18–22 °C, followed by stabilization and a second fermentation using the Charmat method. Every stage follows the winemaking standards of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region.
