Vinification
Freshly harvested bunches are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C. During fermentation, volatile aromatic compounds are released, contributing floral and fruity aromas. Following stabilization, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method.

Refined and rounded, with remarkably persistent bubbles and a generous, bright aroma marked by floral and fruity notes.
