Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the sunny slopes of Veneto. Only perfectly ripe grapes are used.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and macerated, then fermented at low temperatures to preserve as much of their bright varietal aroma as possible.
Ageing
The wine is aged on the lees for 3–6 months.
