Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Batasiolo’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September, then destemmed and gently pressed. The must is chilled to 0 °C and held for one month before undergoing a slow fermentation in an autoclave. Fermentation is stopped when the desired alcohol level is reached.

Pairs with sweets, pastries, desserts, fruit and biscuits.
