Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Gavi at around 300 m above sea level, on sandy clay soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo one day of low-temperature skin maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel on the fine lees.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
