The grapes are organically grown in specially certified plots on the Belisario estate. The vineyards face south at an altitude of 420 m.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain the grapes’ freshness and character.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for eight months.
