The grapes grow at Le Sondraie in Bolgheri, on the area's characteristic silt-sandy soil. The vines are Guyot-trained. The wine expresses a Mediterranean profile through freshness, structure, floral and fruit character, and a mineral dimension.
Grapes
70% Vermentino and 30% Viognier.
Vinification
Vermentino was harvested from the final week of August through the first week of September. Multiple picking passes were used to retain freshness and aromatic vibrancy while developing structure and expressive complexity.

Vintage notes
The 2025 growing season began with a mild, rainy winter, with rainfall continuing through May. These water reserves sustained the vines through a dry and particularly warm June. Summer was generally temperate, with well-distributed, above-average rainfall in July, August and September. Veraison arrived about one week early, followed by even ripening. The Vermentino harvest ran from the last week of August to the first week of September.
