Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Oltrepò Pavese, planted on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo brief skin contact followed by gentle pressing. The second fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with spicy dishes, soups, blue cheese, egg dishes, asparagus, fish, risotto and shellfish.
