Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay soils in the Valdobbiadene DOCG area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in autoclaves using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
