The grapes grow in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardy.
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are harvested by hand and vinified as white wine. Partial cold maceration and gentle pressing are followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method for 120–180 days.
