Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Abruzzo, a mountainous region of central Italy along the Adriatic Sea. The vineyards lie in river valleys with limestone and clay soils and are sheltered from storms by high mountains.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery, then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel vats.
