Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September, then pressed and undergo pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 25–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for three months in old barrels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with grilled red meat, roasts or pasta.
