The grapes are grown in the company’s vineyards in the Chianti region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in stainless-steel tanks at 23–26 °C.

Pair with pizza, pasta, oily fish, white or red meat, and fresh cheeses.
