Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in northern Italy, where nearby Lake Garda gives the area a milder climate than surrounding regions. Bright sunshine and the difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures concentrate flavour in the grapes and preserve their fresh, fruity character.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C for five days.
Ageing
The wine ages in the same stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation.
