The fruit is grown in the Soave region.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates and taken directly to the winery. They are gently pressed, and the juice ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After stabilization, the wine remains in the same temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
