The fruit is grown in northern Italy.
Grapes
Corvina Veronese forms the main part of the blend, supplemented by Rondinella and Molinara.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation follows traditional red-wine methods in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23–26 °C.
