Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the winery’s vineyards in Veneto. The climate is mild, moderated by the nearby sea, while the Alps shelter the vineyards from cold northern winds. Winters are cool and wet; summers are hot, humid and muggy, with moderate temperature changes.
Grapes
Garganega forms the main part of the blend.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in the first half of September. After gentle pressing, the juice is separated from the pulp and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10–20 days at 17–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C until bottling.
