Vineyard and terroir

The selected fruit comes from the 1.0 ha Ca'Mia vineyard, situated at 350 m above sea level with a southeast exposure. Its soils are composed of clay and limestone.

Grapes

The wine is made from a selection of grapes from the Ca'Mia vineyard.

Vinification

The ripe grapes are harvested in mid-October and fermented at a controlled temperature of 28 °C for 15–20 days. The wine is bottled without filtration.

Ageing

Maturation takes place in French oak barrels for at least two years.

Tasting profile

Elegant and inviting, with a harmonious character that develops with additional time.

Label / history

Annual production is limited to 3,700 bottles.
