Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Treviso and Pordenone, in vineyards at 30–50 metres above sea level. The soils are sandy clay mixed with gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early September and gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
Ageing
The wine is not aged. It is stabilized in stainless steel tanks for two months.
Tasting profile
Well structured, with expressive fruit notes, fresh acidity and a complex bouquet.
