Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in the historic Soave Classico zone of Monteforte d’Alpone. The soils are volcanic, with a clay-basalt composition. Yield is 125 quintals per hectare, and harvesting begins in late September.

100% Garganega.
Vinification
The grapes undergo white vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18°C for approximately 8–12 days.
Technical data
Soave Classico DOC. Alcohol is approximately 12%. Annual production is about 300,000 bottles, offered in 375 ml, 750 ml and 1,500 ml formats.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow. The fine, delicate aroma recalls sweet field flowers, including chamomile, elderflower and iris. The palate is pleasant, finishing with a sweet-almond note.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Suitable as an aperitif and with white meats or simply prepared seafood.
