Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hills in the province of Asti.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. After the first fermentation, yeast and sugar are added for a second fermentation under pressure in sealed stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, following the Charmat method. The wine is then stabilized, microfiltered and bottled.
