Vineyard and terroir
Arioso expresses the sandy soils and maritime breezes of the Tuscan coast. The soils are sandy-clayey and alluvial, with the coastal setting shaped by the Libeccio and Mistral winds.
Grapes
100% Vermentino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested carefully by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatic profile and then refines in bottle for two months.
Technical data
IGT Toscana Bianco. Recommended serving temperature: 10 °C.
Tasting profile
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. The clear, intense bouquet offers citrus fruit, flowers, wild herbs, green apple and summer pear. Full-bodied and supported by pronounced acidity, the palate is delicate, savory and lively, with persistent flavor and a mineral aftertaste.

Label / history
The ethereal, luminous name evokes the sky over the Tuscan coast, the Libeccio and Mistral breezes, and sunlight reflected from the sea.
