Pinot Noir comes from the estate vineyards at Riccò di Serramazzoni in the province of Modena.
Grapes
100% Pinot Noir.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand into crates. Cold maceration takes place in the press, after which the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine acquires its sparkle through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Technical data
Sparkling red wine. Alcohol: 11% vol. Available in 750 ml bottles, packed six per case.
