Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon grows on plains north of Treviso, at the foot of Montello hill and near the winery in Belvedere. Stony alluvial soils and low yields give the grapes concentration and depth of flavour.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from late September to mid-October. Traditional vinification includes 10–12 days of skin maceration at 25 °C, developing rounded tannins.
Ageing
The wine matures in large, specially lined concrete vats to preserve the grape’s character and the wine’s natural balance. Its structure supports extended cellaring, during which it gradually develops new nuances.
Tasting profile
Fruit and spice aromas lead to a smooth palate with ample, vibrant fruit, rounded tannins and a silky texture. The wine is young, light and easy to drink, yet structured, concentrated and balanced.
Label / history
The wine’s organic origin is confirmed by the EU’s unified certification.
