Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards in Puglia, described as Italy’s southernmost and warmest region. Its long Mediterranean coastline and plains gradually give way to low mountains. The vineyards have sun-baked limestone soils cooled by fresh Mediterranean breezes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature.
