Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Tuscany, where the vines are up to 15 years old and grow in a Mediterranean climate to which Vermentino is well adapted.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at no more than 12 °C to retain freshness and bright aromas. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is filtered twice and bottled.
