Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Puglia, a winemaking region lying between two seas. The climate is very dry and hot, which lets the grapes develop plenty of sugar as they ripen.
Vinification
Traditional methods are used, with the temperature controlled at every stage of production.

Semi-dry, with a surprisingly deep flavour.
Serving and pairing
Best served slightly chilled. It pairs with meat and game dishes.
