Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards belong to the family-owned Tenuta Talamonti estate and lie 300 metres above sea level, in unspoiled countryside near the medieval village of Loreto Aprutino, in the province of Pescara, Abruzzo. The soils are unique and the microclimate distinctive.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested by hand in late August. They are destemmed and crushed, then given a short cold maceration in stainless steel tanks. After gentle pressing, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature for 10 days.
Tasting profile
A refreshing dry white.
