Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Brondello vineyards in Sicily, an estate owned by Castellani.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then fermented and macerated in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20–23 °C. The juice is gently pressed off the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled.
