Made in a modern style. The wine is fermented in steel tanks to preserve the purity of its aromas and bring out the distinctive character of Zibibbo, which the text calls one of the Mediterranean's most aromatic grape varieties.
Tasting profile
Bright and aromatic, with clear, expressive notes of white flowers, citrus and ripe grapes. It has a warm southern personality, while the palate stays fresh and light.
