The grapes are grown on the Salento peninsula in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and vinified using traditional methods, without the addition of concentrated must. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine continues to mature in bottle.
