Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on hills with fertile soil and a favourable climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The juice is filtered and fermented at 16–18 °C. When fermentation is complete, the wine is held in tanks at a consistently low temperature until bottling.
