The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must undergoes cold skin maceration at a controlled temperature to extract aromas, then is separated from the sediment, clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests for an unspecified period in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
