Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on Veneto’s moraine hills, in clay and limestone soils. The vines are 10–15 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September, then destemmed and pressed. Cold maceration and settling precede fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks and is bottled under sterile conditions.
