Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay soils in the Soave area. The vines are 10–25 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September, then destemmed and pressed. Cold maceration and settling are followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine is bottled under sterile conditions using modern technology.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
