Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on moraine hills with clay soils in Bardolino. The vines are 10–25 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October, then macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 °C. The wine is bottled under sterile conditions using modern technology.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
