Vinification
The grapes undergo gentle pressing and slow fermentation. Secondary fermentation follows the long Charmat method and lasts approximately six months.
Ageing
After the Charmat stage, the Brut Rosé receives a further two months of refinement in bottle.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes.
