Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 340 m with south-east exposure. The clay soil develops a rich structure at depth. Training combines the horizontal tendone system with vertical spalliera. Yield is 9 t/ha.
Grapes
70% Trebbiano, 20% Malvasia and 10% Cococciola.
Tasting profile
The colour is deep straw with golden highlights. The intensely spicy nose shows dried grapes, yellow flowers and citrus, with lighter nuances of vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate is structured, full, smooth and silky. Yellow fruit, citrus, vanilla, spices and tropical fruit linger in the persistent aftertaste.

Pairs with foie gras, Gorgonzola and fruit cakes.
