Vineyard and terroir
The vines are trained on horizontal and vertical trellises. The yield is 10 tonnes per hectare, and the grapes are harvested by hand in October.
Ageing
The wine matures sur lie for 12 months in concrete tanks, followed by 12 months in 500 L oak barrels.

Tasting profile
Intense ruby red. The aroma combines concentrated red-fruit notes with spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, finishing with mature-fruit flavours.
