Ageing
The wine matures sur lie for 12 months in concrete tanks, followed by 12 months in 500 L oak barrels.

Ruby red. The intense aroma features raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, cocoa, and other red-fruit notes. The palate is full-bodied, fruity, and spicy, with a long, persistent finish.
