Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the foothills south of Modena.

Lambrusco Grasparossa.
Vinification
After crushing, the must remains in contact with the skins for 5–6 days and then ferments in steel tanks. The first alcoholic fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method at controlled temperature, with must added.
Technical data
Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro D.O.C. semi-sparkling, semi-sweet wine. Alcohol: 8% vol. Residual sugar: 47 g/L. Format: 75 cl.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red, with a rich, enveloping, medium-fine purplish-red mousse. The fruity bouquet recalls Vignola cherry and dark berries. Blackberry, blackcurrant and pomegranate shape the palate, accompanied by a pleasant, harmonious sweetness.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. It pairs with Emilian charcuterie, pasta and filled pasta, as well as fried vegetables and seafood. Its semi-sweet profile also suits spicy dishes from international cuisines.
Label / history
The Tre Medaglie range represents the Cavicchioli family's connection to Modena and its winemaking tradition. Its history is traced to 1928, when Umberto Cavicchioli began producing his Lambrusco “Tradizione”; Tre Medaglie carries forward that legacy.
